Invite & manage your team

Your whole team can use the dashboard with their own logins — no shared passwords. You invite by email, pick a role, and adjust or remove people as the team changes.

How it works

1. Open Settings → Team.
2. Tap Invite, enter their email, and pick a role — see Roles: owner, manager & staff for what each can do.
3. They receive an email invitation; once they accept and sign in, your restaurant appears on their dashboard.

Changing roles and removing people

From the same Team page, use the role dropdown next to a member to promote or demote them, or remove them entirely. What you can change depends on your own role:

• Owners can invite, remove, and change anyone.
• Managers can invite and remove staff only — they can't touch other managers or owners, and can't promote anyone above staff.

Good to know

• Co-owners are normal. Invite someone as an owner to share the restaurant fully — useful for partners.
• You can't remove the last owner, and the owner whose card pays for the subscription is protected from removal or demotion until they cancel — so a paid restaurant can't lose its funder by accident.
• Pending invitations can be cancelled from the Team page before they're accepted.
• One person can be on several restaurants, with a different role in each.
