QR codes & the table

Table numbers & QR stickers

Every QR code is one table — print the stickers and know which table is asking.

Each QR code belongs to exactly one table: code 1 is table 1, code 2 is table 2, and so on. That's what lets orders and service requests arrive labelled with the right table — so keep each sticker on its own table.

How it works

  1. Open Tables & QR in the sidebar to see your tables and their codes.
  2. Tap Print to get a sticker sheet. Each sticker is a little phone mockup showing the chat your diners will get, with the QR code and table number on it.
  3. Cut along the guides and stick each code on its table. Diners scan with their phone camera — no app needed.

Printing tips

  • Print in color. The stickers are designed to sell the experience — the sheet forces colors on for you, but check your printer isn't set to grayscale.
  • Any paper size works; wider paper just fits more stickers per row. Sticker paper or a laminating pouch survives table wipe-downs much longer.
  • Reprint any time from the same page — the codes never change.

Good to know

  • Don't swap stickers between tables. The code is the table number; a swapped sticker sends table 4's order to table 7.
  • Codes never expire. A reprinted sheet has the same codes, so old laminated stickers keep working.
  • Started from a printed QR sheet? Your tables were created automatically when you claimed your codes — one per sticker, already numbered.
